Working closely with the GLA, we aim to reduce the negative environmental impact of food. We recognise that it is the responsibility of the caterer to provide healthy, sustainable and nutritious menus. That’s the reason why our Executive Head Chef, Simon Caple, only creates innovative menus using the finest locally sourced produce and ingredients.
