There is a choice of five Committee Rooms available, offering flexible space to suit your meeting requirements. Located on the Lower Ground floor, they are perfect for board meetings, conferences or even drink receptions. They can also be used in combination with our other venues as breakdown rooms.

*Room 4 and 5 can be opened up into larger room with a capacity of up to 200.

  • House lighting achieving regular room lighting
Please note:

On the day of the event, our in-house supplier will set-up the equipment before your arrival as discussed with your City Hall event planner. 
They will be able to assist you from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00. If a technician is required to stay for the duration of the event a charge will apply for this service. If you have specific requirements, our supplier can discuss your needs and provide you with a quote.

Catering

All venue catering is undertaken by Eligo fine dining and our Head Chef creates innovative menus using the most seasonal & local fresh produce available. For more information, click here

Accessibility

All committee rooms are fully accessible through a lift or a ramp. An induction loop works in conjunction with the PA system and a blue-badge holder drop off/pick up point is situated a short distance from the front of the building. For more information, please click here
